Title: Etere Luminifero
[that is the Italian for: Luminiferous aether
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The luminiferous aether: it was hypothesised that the Earth moves through a "medium" of aether that carries light.
In the late 19th century, luminiferous aether, aether, or ether, meaning light-bearing aether, was the postulated medium for the propagation of light. It was invoked to explain the ability of the apparently wave-based light to propagate through empty space, something that waves should not be able to do. The assumption of a spatial plenum of luminiferous aether, rather than a spatial vacuum, provided the theoretical medium that was required by wave theories of light.]
I have a passion for retro sci-fi and the track is inspired by The Forbidden Planet (1956).
The amazing colors in the film make me think about a different way of transmitting light, that’s where the idea of the fascinating and romantic Luminiferous Aether comes from.

Myself: Trionide
Trionide is a name that comes from Trionix, a family of soft shell turtles.
Trionide lives in the woods, records wildlife, soundscapes but also anthropic environments and sometimes uses those sounds in his tracks.
The recorded sounds are often very good friends of many synthesizers, electric and acoustic instruments and all together they are responsible for the long and happy hours spent playing, recording and editing Trionide music.
Basically just for fun.
