Another excellent album project from the ever growing repetoire of composer Barry, aka Maximum Movement Theatre. A collection of haunting sound experiments.
The opening track is a very contagious little tune, and is also the title track. A sweet repeating melody set to the sounds of the haunted carousel is lovely.
The second track is a bit darker. The third and final track is a long form, just short of 40 minutes, and is more sound than music; and it is exactly what one might expect a haunted carousel to sound like.
Another excellent voyage into the experimental ambient genre by Maximum Movement Theatre. Enjoy the Haunted Carousel.
